Birthday Suit is another name for a naked body. This is by far one of the more popular terms for somebody being nude, and it has been in use for generations.
The origins of this slang relate to how people look when they are born i.e. naked. Of course, this is your birth day hence the term ‘birthday suit’.
In game, your naked body is censored by a black box covering your entire torso. This may be a bug, as it did not look like that in previous games, and it appears correct before wearing it.
In Super Scribblenauts, Maxwell's torso is not censored. If removed, a black rectangle covers the suit's groin.
