The Bucket Wheel Excavator is a drivable vehicle. It has a giant rotating disc on the front which has bucket-like teeth on it. This is used for digging.
If you Use Vehicle it causes the arm holding the spinning disc to lower to the ground, at which point the bucket-like teeth would dig up whatever material was underneath the earth.
