- Fly up with Wings/Winged Sandals/Helibackpack and use a Shovel/Spade/Hoe to dig down the earth.
- You can now use the Human cannon, a Clown will fly out and hit the target. Pick up the Starite.
- Use a Bazooka and shoot the target.
