Basically you just need a vehicle to hit the power lines. You can get a bit creative by hanging conductive materials off of the power lines or rain clouds, but the simplest way is to hit it directly.

• This level is a parody of the film Back to the Future. Maxwell reenacts Marty, and the Mad Scientist represents Doc Brown.
