- Tycoon shares the same sprite, though with different characteristics.
- The look-alike Communist has the same appearance but different characteristics. They will however destroy money and will not pick up valuable objects.
- The hairstyle of the politician is a reference to that of world-recognised former President John F. Kennedy.
- The synonyms are based on the U.S. parties, which are the Democratic, Republican and Whig (previously the older Democrats).
- When the synonym President is used (Super Scribblenauts only) it will show the current President of the U.S, Barack Obama.
- A CEO will give a politcian money on sight. This is a reference to business and interest group lobbyist.
